How to redeem a software download code in the Nintendo eShop for Nintendo Switch?

Sign in with a Nintendo Account to download your game, content or activate your subscription directly to your console.

To be able to download games from the official Nintendo website, you must have a Nintendo Account and have visited the Nintendo eShop on at least one of the devices you wish to download to.

• An internet connection and Nintendo Account are required to access the Nintendo eShop for Nintendo Switch.

Complete these download steps:

1. Select "Nintendo eShop" from the MAIN MENU to start the Nintendo eShop.

2. Select the account you want to use.

3. Select "Redeem Code" on the left side of the screen.

4. Enter the 16-character download code. All letters and symbols (eg O, I, Z comma, hyphen, etc.) not used with prepaid codes will be disabled from the on-screen keyboard.

5. Select "Confirm". After the code is approved, the software will start downloading. The software icon will appear in the HOME Menu with a download status bar. The status bar will disappear when the game download is complete. You can get support from the gizala customer service line where you purchased the product.
